结肠癌致肠梗阻的CT诊断价值分析

目的分析结肠癌致肠梗阻的CT诊断价值。方法选择2014年1月-2016年12月在我院接受治疗的结肠癌致肠梗阻疑似患者125例，均经CT厦病理检壹，对比检查结果。结果125例中CT检查准确率为92．80%，灵敏度95．00％，特异度40．00％，阳性预测值97．44%，阴性预测值25．00％;CT检查与病理检叠结果相符率97．50％。结论CT在结肠癌致肠梗阻诊断中能够获得较好的临床价值。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of CT in intestinal obstruction caused by colon cancer. Methods 125 cases of suspected intestinal obstruction caused by eolorectal cancer treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were examined by CT and pathology. The results were compared with each other.Result The accuracy of CT in 125 cases was 92.80%, sensitivity was 95%, specificity was 40%, positive predictive value was 97. 44%, negative predictive value was 25%, and CT was consistent with pathological findings, with a rate of 97.50%. Conclusion CT can get better clinical value in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction caused by colon cancer.
