摘要
目的探究在口腔门诊的护理过程中,应用人性化护理方案的临床价值,为临床口腔门诊护理奠定基础。方法自2014年3月-2015年3月期间,我院口腔门诊予以传统管理模式,自2015年4月-2016年3月期间我院口腔门诊予以人性化护理,对比予以人性化护理前后工作人员的工作质量。结果经过不同的护理措施后,试验组患者的抑郁等心理状况及健康知识评分均显著优于对照组,差异显著(P〈0.05)。试验组患者的护理质量均显著优于对照组,如沟通能力、技术熟练度、应急能力、责任心等,差异显著(P〈0.05)。试验组患者的满意度(95.7%,44/46)显著优于对照组(79.5%,35/44),差异显著(P〈0.05)。结论在口腔门诊的护理过程中,应用人性化护理措施可改善患者的心理状况和健康知识情况,显著提高护理质量,同时有利于患者满意度的提升,应广泛推广。
Objective To explore the nursing process in the dental clinic, the clinical value of the application of humanized nursing plan, and lay the foundation for the clinical dental clinic nursing. Methods during the period from March 2011 -2014 March, the dental clinic of our hospital to be the traditional management mode, since 1he April 2014 -2017 year in March in our hospital dental clinic given humanized nursing, quality comparison given humanized nursing staff before and after work. Results after dif ferent nursing measures, the psychological status of patients in the experimental group depression and health knowledge scores were significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant (P〈 0.05) in the test group. The quality of care was significantly better than the control Rronp, such as communication skills, tcch nical proficiency, emergency ahility; sense of responsibility, significant difference (P〈0.05). The experimental group patient satisfaction (95.7%, 44/40) was sigrtificantly better than the control group (79.5 %, 35/44), significant difference (P〈 0. 05). Conclusion in the nursing process of oral outpatient service, the application of hu manized nursing measures can improve the patient's mental status and health knowledge, improve nursing quality, patient satisfaction is also conducive to the promotion, should be widely promoted.
