摘要
目的分析幽门螺杆菌（Hp）相关胃炎半夏泻心汤联合奥美拉唑的临床效果。方法选择我院2015年3月12日-2016年3月12日收治的102例慢性胃炎患者，常规组采取奥美拉唑治疗，实验组在此基础上加用半夏泻心汤治疗。结果实验组与常规组的治疗总有效率分别为96．08％与80．39％，P〈0.05。结论对Hp相关胃炎患者采取半夏泻心汤联合奥美拉唑进行治疗的疗效显著，可改善患者预后。
Objective to analyze the helicobacter pylori （Hp） related gastritis this decoction soup decoction of the clinical effect of combined omeprazole. Methods select our hospital on March 12, 2015 - March 12, 2016, 102 cases of chronic gastritis patients, conventional group treated with omeprazole, the experimental group on the basis of this and treated with this decoction heart soup. Results the experimental group and routine group total effective rate was 96. 08% and 96.08% respectively, P 〈 0.05. Concision of Hp correlation gastritis patients take this decoction soup combined omeprazole for treatment the curative effect is distinct, can improve the prognosis of patients.
