对比综合物理疗法和单纯物理疗法在治疗神经根型颈椎病患者中的应用效果

To compare the effects of combined physical therapy and physical therapy in the treatment of patients with cervlcalspondylotic radiculopathy

目的研究并比较综合物理疗法与单纯物理疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法于2015年1月-2017年1月期间，选取60例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为两组，每组30例，对照组采取单纯物理疗法，观察组采取综合物理疗法，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论相比于单纯物理疗法，综合物理疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效更加显著。

Objective To study and compare the clinical effects of combined physical therapy and physical therapy on cerviealspondylotie radieulopsthy. Methods From January 2015 January 2017, 60 eases of cerviealspondylotie radieulopathy patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group, the control group received simple physical therapy, the observation group received comprehensive physical therapy, the clinical curative effect was compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with simple physical therapy, the effect of comprehensive physical, therapy in the treatment of eervicalspondylotic radiculopsthy is more remarkable.
