摘要
长沙窑是始于唐代专门生产民用陶瓷器具的历史名窑,不仅反映了湖湘文化的精神内涵,还在长期的对外贸易中糅合了西亚、北非及欧洲公元9世纪的文化特质。从长沙窑陶瓷器型入手,从中提取平和、质朴的传统造型元素,创新设计了一款烹鱼调味汁的包装。该包装不仅可以传达传统食品的文化意蕴,还可以作为厨房、餐桌的调味瓶与味碟,实现包装的二次利用。
Changsha kiln was famous in history for specializing in the production of civilian ceramic utensils since the Tang Dynasty. h not only reflects the spiritual meaning of the Huxiang culture , but also mixes the cultural traits of western Asia, northern Africa and Europe in the 9th century during the long term foreign trade. Starting from ceramic types of Changsha kiln, the traditional plain and modest modeling elements can be extracted, and an innovative packaging de- sign for a fish sauce can be achieved. This packaging can not only convey the cultural implication of traditional food, but also serve as a caster for kitchen and table and thus realize its secondary utilization.
