溶剂浸提烟丝降焦减害工艺优化及其机理与效果 被引量:5

摘要 为探索卷烟降焦减害新途径,根据处理前后烟丝模拟热裂解时HCN和氨的释放量变化,对浸提溶剂、破壁方式、浸提次数等浸提条件进行优化,探讨其降低卷烟HCN和氨的减害机理,并对处理后烟丝的可用性进行评价。结果表明,烟丝经过液态二氧化碳破壁后,采用调节pH值为3的80%乙醇萃取剂,浸提30 min,能显著降低烟丝中的HCN和氨的释放量;溶剂浸提萃取出了烟丝中HCN和氨的前体物;烟丝浸提处理后保润性能基本不变,添加浸提后烟丝的卷烟焦油、CO、苯并芘、苯酚也有明显降低,柔细程度、余味、刺激均有所改善。 To explore the solvent extraction to reduce cigarette harm and tar, the optimal extraction conditions of tobacco, according to the change of release amount of HCN and ammonia treated tobacco pyrolysis simulation, were determined by optimizing the conditions such as extraction solvent, broken wall, and extraction times. Addi- tionally, reduction mechanism of the solvent extraction on the reduc tion of hydrogen cyanide and ammonia was discussed. Tohacoo treated with optimal extraction conditions could significantly reduce the release of HCN and ammonia in tobacco because of the solvent extraction to extract the precursor of HCN and ammonia content in tobacco. The results showed that moisture retention ability of tobacco was almost unchanged, and the tar, CO, benzopyrene and phenol of tobacco were also decreased, whereas the degree of soft- ness, aftertaste and irritant were improved. The study could provide new ideas and methods for cigarette industry enterprises to reduce the harm and tar and use the low-grade tobacco.
