The application of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of cardiac diseases

心脏磁共振（cardiac magnetic resonance，CMR）是过去几年中迅速发展的一种非创伤性的心脏成像技术，并被确认为一种高价值的临床诊断工具。CMR除了评估心脏的解剖及功能情况外，还能在不损伤心肌的情况下，提供心肌组织的详细特性。随着CMR技术的逐渐开展和成熟，它已经成为评价心功能的金标准。近年来随着新的CMR技术的涌现，CMR在心脏相关疾病中的应用已十分广泛，并对急性心肌梗死、急性心肌炎、扩张型心肌病等相关心脏疾病的诊断及鉴别诊断提供重要帮助。

Cardiac magnetic resonance （CMR） is a non-invasive imaging modality that has rapidly emerged during the last few years and has become a valuable, well-established clinical tool. Beside the evaluation of anatomy and function, CMR has its strengths in providing detailed non-invasive myocardial tissue characterization, for which it is considered as the current diag- nostic gold standard for heart diseases. With the development of new CMR imaging techniques, the application of CMR in evalu- ating the heart diseases has grown over the years. It provides important values for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction, acute myocarditis, dilated cardiomyopathy and other heart diseases.
