Application of New Techology and New Equipment for Deck Construction

近年来,全国各地普遍发现桥面铺装病害,究其原因主要是在设计缺陷、及施工工艺控制等方面造成,通过对一些地区已投入运营的公路桥面铺装出现早期病害的机理分析,S202循化北过境线结合本项目特点,在质量细节控制及新设备、新工艺的使用方面进行了探索和实践。S202循化北过境线清水湾黄河大桥桥面宽度为12m,行车道宽度9m,桥面铺装层厚度为8cm,桥面铺装长度约为628m。施工工艺流程为:施工准备→桥面板凿毛、清理→测量放样→钢筋网安装、植筋→铺设轨道→砼浇筑→砼磨光收面→砼养生、成品保护→桥面精铣刨,施工过程中采用新设备(全自动桁架式三辊轴摊铺机、座驾式双钢片磨光机、高频低振多头凿毛机及维特根-2000型铣刨机)、新工艺及质量细节控制后,S202循化北过境线桥面铺装施工取得了较好的效果,各项检测指标均满足要求,节约了人工,加快了进度,保证了施工质量,同时也为今后同类工程项目的施工积累了成功的经验。

In recent years,the disease of bridge deck pavement has been found.The main reason are rely on the design defects and construction technology control.This paper introduces the construction scheme of bridge deck pavement of S202 Xunhua North Transit line in Qingshuiwan Yellow River Bridge.In addition,we have explored the application of new equipment,new technology and quality control of bridge deck pavement in details.The construction of bridge deck pavement with S202 had achieved good results.All testing indexes meet the requirements,which saved labor,speeded up the progress,and ensured the quality of construction.At the same time,it also could be valuable experience for similar projects.
