医院伦理委员会及其在我国建立的设想

Hospital Ethic committee and Its conceiving Construction in China

医院伦理委员会是为指导和解决发生在保健机构内的伦理学难题而专门设立的组织。它是由多学科的专业人员所构成的。自医院伦理委员会的成立,对解决保健机构内的伦理难题——特别是对是否放弃治疗的问题发挥了重要作用。本文概要介绍了国外医院伦理委员会的工作和发展情况,并结合我国的具体实际,提出了在我国建立医院伦理委员会的若干具体设想。

The Hosptal Ethic Committe is a special organization which aims at guiding and solving the ethic dilemma occurred in health care institutions, and which is composed of personnel of multidisciplines. Since its foundation, the hospital Ethic Committee has played an important role in disposing the difficult issues involving the medical ethics, especially in whether or not with drawing the treatment. The paper briefly introduces the work and development or foreign Hospital Ethic Committee, It also suggests some proposals on establishment of Hospital Ethic Committee in China.
