摘要
基于"学生参与"的三个维度:行为参与、认知参与和情感参与,以教育叙事的方式讨论了旅游概论课程在课堂教学中所采用的促进学生行为参与、强化学生认知参与及增强学生情感参与的教学方法。此课程是美国肯特州立大学游憩、公园与旅游管理本科专业的基础必修课,已开设8年。教学反思则从"全美大学生参与度调查"的五个维度,即学术的挑战程度、积极的学习环境、师生互动、丰富的教育体验和学习环境的支持展开。
The paper employs the educational narration approach to analyze student engagement, which is the focus of teaching a tourism course. The course, Introduction to Global Tourism which is the major compulsory course of recreation, park and tourism management program, has been taught for eight years at Kent State University in the United States. The three ways of engagement, including behavioral, cognitive and affective, are the framework of teaching. The five dimensions ( level of academic challenge, active learning environments, studentfaculty interaction, enriching educational experiences, and supportive learning environment) of the National Survey of Student Engagement are discussed.
