摘要
文章受符号学理论启发,反思川菜国际化的可能含义。在辨析几个广泛使用而又容易混淆的术语的基础上,思考川菜国际化过程中不可避免的选择难题以及由此带来的问题,指出:潜在的危机和表面的繁荣所构成的反讽,事实上意味着需要辩证地看待快与慢、传统与创新、规范标准与百菜百味的关系。处理好这些问题,川菜国际化有望获得更好的发展。
Inspired by semiotic theories, this paper reflects on the possible meanings of "globalization of Sichuan Cuisine". By distinguishing it from confusable terms in relevant studies, the paper" goes on to examine the inevitable choices during the process of globalization and analyze the problems thus caused. It points out that the superficial prosperity and the potential crisis together usher in an age of irony, when the relationships should be viewed dialectically between fast and slow, tradition and innovation, and standardization and individualization. With these relationships properly handled, the globalization of Sichuan Cuisine is more likely to embrace a bright future.
