摘要
为观察Decongreen消毒粉的消毒效果,以中西餐厨房的地板为处理对象,以细菌总数、大肠杆菌数为检测指标,研究5个不同浓度的Decongreen消毒粉对中西餐厨房地板的杀菌效果,并与250mg/L含氯消毒液比较杀菌效果;采用抑菌环实验测定Decongreen消毒粉对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),在MIC测定结果的基础上,采用影印培养法测定最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。最后得出结论为Decongreen消毒粉的最低有效杀菌浓度为5mg/L;5mg/L Decongreen消毒粉消毒效果显著优于250mg/L含氯消毒液(P<0.05);大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的MIC为1mg/L,金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC为2mg/L;大肠杆菌的MBC为3mg/L,金黄色葡萄球菌的MBC为4mg/L,沙门氏菌的MBC为5mg/L。
Taking the number of bacteria and Escherichia coli as detection indexes, this paper explores the disinfection effects of Decongreen on both Chinese and Western kitchen floors, and compares its effects with 250mg/L Chlorine disinfectant. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of Decongreen on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella is detected through bacteriostatic ring, and the minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) through replica plating. The findings suggest that the MBE of Decongreen is 5mg/L, which is far more effective than 250mg/L chlorine disinfection( P 〈 0.05 ). The MIC is 1 mg/L for Escherichia coli and Salmonella, and 2mg/L for Staphylococcus aureus. The MBC is 3mg/L for Escherichia coli, 4mg/L for Staphylococcus aureus, and 5mg/L for Salmonella.
