基于生态旅游扶贫理念的县域旅游经济发展实证研究——以四川省甘孜州白玉县为例

An Empirical Study on County Tourism Economic Development Based on the Concept of Poverty Alleviation through Ecotourism——A Case Study of Baiyu County in Ganzi Prefecture of Sichuan Province

文章通过对四川极贫困的民族地区甘孜州白玉县生态旅游扶贫过程中县域旅游发展进行实地调研,深刻剖析民族地区县域经济的发展现状及存在的问题,找出其致贫缘由,在此基础上,借鉴西部民族地区旅游扶贫的先进经验,针对性地提出白玉县县域旅游经济发展对策。案例对西部民族地区极贫困县域经济发展有一定的借鉴意义与示范效应。

This article makes a field investigation of tourism development in counties during the eco-tourism poverty alleviation process in Baiyu County in Ganzi Prefecture, a very poor ethnic region of Sichuan Provlnce. It deeply analyzes the existing problems and development status of county economy in ethnic minority areas and finds out the causes of poverty. On the basis of the advanced experience of poverty alleviation in tourism in the western minority areas, the countermeasures for the development of tourism economy in Baiyu County are put forward. The case has some typical significance and demonstration effects on the economic development of the extremely poor counties in the western minority areas.
