摘要
云南饮食文化呈现出民族性、多样性、原生态性和融合性等特点,在旅游市场上独具特色,旅游开发潜力巨大。但在实际发展中,云南饮食文化旅游资源的开发出现了明显的滞后,没有形成强有力的旅游产品品牌。今后在对云南饮食文化旅游资源的开发中,要不断促进菜品创新,增强游客体验感,将饮食文化旅游的发展融入云南省全域旅游发展的大潮之中,助推云南旅游业的发展。
The tourism resources of Yunnan are unique with immense development potentials in that they demonstrate ethnic traditions, great variety, featured originality and cultural integration. However, Yunnan fails to develop competitive tourism products, lagging behind in terms of culinary tourism resources development. The paper suggests that innovation be applied to new dish development in its culinary tourism, that tourist' experi- ence be enhanced, and that its culinary cultural tourism be integrated into overall regional tourism development.
