Since the Party＇s 18th National Congress, Xi Jinping has delivered a series of speeches on such basic issues as why, for whom, what, who and how to make commitments; he has also made a comprehensive and systematic description of the reasons, aims, con- tents, subjects, essences and conditions of realization of the commitments, fully revealing the high self-conscience of the commitments carried out by the Central Committee of CPC with Xi Jinping as the core.
