DRG发展与应用回顾及付费标准研究综述

Review on Domestic and Foreign Development, Application of the Diagnosis Related Groups and the Research of Payment Standard

目的:阐述国内外按疾病诊断相关分组(DRG)的发展和应用的情况以及介绍有关DRG付费标准的研究。方法:采用文献研究方法,对国内外DRG现状进行梳理。结果与结论:DRG受到了国内外卫生经济学者及医疗保险支付方的广泛关注,但各国在借鉴中做出适宜的改进;DRG付费标准制定方法尚未统一且有关研究较少,DRG运用到医疗服务支付方式需要考虑各地区医疗卫生服务技术和资源耗费水平。

Objective： It aimed at Lhe development, appiie, ation and payment standard on domestic and foreigm diagnosis related groups（DRC,）. Methods： By literature review, the domestic and foreign researches of DRG were introduced. Results ＆ Conclusion： DRG had been the center for the researcher of health economic and medical insurance payer, while different country had properly improved from these precedents. The regional situation of medical service technique and resources consumption should be eonsided when DRG was applied in medical payment system.
