G实验和真菌培养在艾滋病人深部真菌感染中的联合诊断

Combined diagnosis of G and fungal culture in deep fungal infection in AIDS patients

目的研究并探讨G实验与真菌培养联合诊断在艾滋病患者深部真菌感染中的诊断价值。方法于2014年6月-2016年7月,选取120例疑似合并深部真菌感染的艾滋病患者进行G实验检测、真菌培养,以临床综合诊断结果作为金标准,对单一及联合诊断对艾滋病患者深部真菌感染的诊断结果进行分析。结果 120例疑似合并深部真菌感染的艾滋病患者中,共有100例患者经临床综合诊断被证实为深部真菌感染。联合诊断的诊断敏感度明显高于单一的G实验、真菌培养(P<0.05),其特异度与单一检测结果较为接近(P>0.05),且联合诊断的Youden指数最高,说明其筛查效果最好。G实验、真菌培养与确诊结果的一致性中等,而联合诊断与确诊结果的一致性良好。结论G实验、真菌培养联合诊断可有效提高艾滋病患者深部真菌感染的诊断价值。

Objective To study the diagnostic value and experimental study of G and fungal culture in the diagnosis of AIDS patients with deep fungal infection. Methods in June 2014-2016 year in July,a total of 120 patients with sus- pected fungal infection in AIDS patients by G assay, fungal culture,with clinical comprehensive diagnosis results as the gold standard analysis of single and combined diagnosis,diagnosis of deep fungal infection in AIDS patients results. Re- sults 120 cases of suspected fungal infection in AIDS patients,a total of 100 cases of patients with clinical comprehen- sive diagnosis of deep fungal infection was confirmed. Combined diagnostic sensitivity was significantly higher than that of G experimental single. Fungal Culture （P^0.05） ,the result is close to the specificity of single detection （P^0.05）, and the combined diagnosis Youden index is the highest, the best. G screening experiment, the fungi culture and. The consistency of the results was moderate,and the consistency of the joint diagnosis and the diagnosis results were good. Conclusion G test,fungal culture combined diagnosis can effectively improve the diagnosis of deep fungal infection in patients with AIDS
