丙泊酚和乳酸钠林格氏液对高位脊髓损伤大鼠心肌功能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of propofol compared with sodium lactate Ringer's solution on myocardial function in myocardium of rats with high spinal cord injury

摘要 目的探讨丙泊酚对比乳酸钠林格氏液对高位脊髓损伤(SCI)大鼠心肌FOS核蛋白(C-fos)表达及心肌酶影响。方法按随机数字表法将SD大鼠分为3组,每组27只:假手术组、对照组和实验组。假手术组制作模型时只暴露脊髓硬膜但不打击,对照组静脉注射6 m L·kg^(-1)乳酸林格液,然后连续注入乳酸林格液13 m L·kg^(-1)·h^(-1);实验组静脉注射0.2%丙泊酚6 mg·kg^(-1),然后连续注入丙泊酚15 mg·kg^(-1)·h^(-1)。检测大鼠心肌C-fos蛋白、肌酸激酶的同功酶(CK-MB)、肌酸激酶(CK)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)含量。结果术后24 h,对照组和实验组大鼠的CK-MB分别为(3.41±0.38),(2.20±0.59)U·L^(-1);这2组的LDH分别为(6.20±1.00),(5.00±0.19)U·L^(-1);这2组的CK分别为(16.01±3.59),(10.99±4.64)U·L^(-1);这2组的C-fos蛋白表达率分别为(22.4±5.4)%,(14.7±4.2)%,组间差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。术后30 min,实验组和对照组的心率分别为(326±11),(389±15)beat·min^(-1),平均动脉压分别为(75.95±5.04),(99.83±4.72)mm Hg,左室收缩峰压分别为(129.47±5.26),(131.29±4.33)mm Hg,组间差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论丙泊酚对高位SCI大鼠心肌C-fos蛋白表达和心肌酶影响较小,其可降低脊髓继发性损坏,对高位SCI所引起心肌受损有保护作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of propofol and myocar- dium in myocardium on the expression of FOS nucleoprotein ( C - fos) of rats with high spinal cord injury (SCI). Methods Eighty - one healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, control group and experimental group according to the random number table method. Each group had 27 rats. In the sham operation group, only the spinal dura mater was exposed to the spinal dura mater, but the control group was given intravenous injection of 6 mL ·kg-1 lactic acid Ringer's solution, and 13 mL ·kg-1 · h-1;in the experimental group, 0. 2% propofol 6 mg· kg-1 was injected intravenously with propofol 15 mg ·kg-l · h-1. The C -fos protein and creatine kinase (CK) and cre- atine kinase (CK) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) were measured. Results At the time of 24 h after operation, the CK - MB in the control group and experimental group were ( 3.41 ± 0. 38 ), ( 2.20 ± 0. 59 ) U·L-1;LDH were (6.20±1.00) ,(5.00 :tO. 19)U·L-1 in the twogroups ; CK were ( 16.01 ± 3.59), ( 10. 99 ± 4. 64) U·L-1in the two groups; the expression rates of C - fos protein were (22. 4 ± 5.4) %, ( 14. 7 ± 4.2) % in the two groups, the difference was statistically significant ( all P 〈 0. 05 ). After 30 min, the heart rate in the experimental group and the control group were (326 ± 11 ), (389 ± 15 ) beat min-1 ;the mean arterial pressure were (75.95 ±5.04), (99.83 ±4.72) mmHg in the two groups;the left ven- tricular systolic peak pressure were (129.47 ± 5.26), (131.29 ± 4.33 ) mmHg in the to groups,the difference was statistically significant ( all P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Propofol has a little effect on the expression of C - fos protein and myocardial enzymes in high SCI rats, which can reduce the secondary damage of spinal cord ±and protect the myocardium from iniurv caused by hizh SCI.
