摘要
利用植酸的结构和性能特点得到钢铁植酸转化膜,以此转化处理工艺代替磷化工艺作为电泳、喷粉等有机涂层前处理。实验结果表明,钢铁植酸转化膜能使电泳、喷粉等有机涂层获得良好的附着力和耐蚀性,涂层经NSS500 h后,各项指标符合标准要求。
The structure and performance characteristics of phytic acid were used to obtain steel pnytate conversion coating,instead of phosphating coating as pretreatment of electrophoresis, powder coating and other organic coating. Result showed that the steel phytate conversion coating could make the electropho- resis, powder coating and other organic coating to obtain good adhesion and corrosion resistance, all the in- dicators could meet the standard requirements after NSS 500 h.
