规模化经营与农户"两型技术"持续采纳——以民勤县滴灌技术为例

Scaled operation and continuous adoption of "two-oriented technology" ——The case of drip irrigation in Minqin County

文中以民勤县滴灌技术为例,结合389户滴灌技术推广户的调研数据,运用Probit模型,从经营总面积及平均地块面积两个方面分析了规模化经营对农户两型技术采纳的影响。结果表明:规模化经营能够提升农户滴灌技术采纳意愿,但规模化并非简单的经营总面积的提升,更重要的是降低耕地细碎化程度,以便于单个地块的机械化操作。因此,农村现有耕地的细碎化问题应该在两型技术推广中得到更多关注,未来政策应进一步加大对耕地合并整理等相关配套措施的扶持与鼓励,在实现大规模连片经营的基础上提升推广政策效果。

Taking the drip irrigation in Minqin county as an example,combined with 389 households survey data,by using the Probit model,the relationship between the scaled operation and the continuous adoption two-oriented technology（ resource-conserving and environment-friendly technology） was analyzed from the perspectives of total operation scale and land fragmentation. Results show that compared to the total operation scale,farmers＇ willingness to continuously adopt the drip irrigation technology is more affected by the degree of land fragmentation. The lower fragmentation is more advantageous to the mechanized operations. Therefore,the existing rural land fragmentation problems should be paid more attention in the promotion policy of two-oriented technology,and the relevant supporting measures,such as land consolidation,should be taken into account,in order to achieve contiguous operation and improve the effect of policy promotion.
