摘要
为提高高铁轴承内圈冷辗扩的成形质量,基于ABAQUS软件建立了高铁轴承内圈非对称冷辗扩有限元模型,通过Fortran语言编译了VUAMP子程序来控制芯辊、锥辊和驱动辊的运动,分析了芯辊进给速度、锥辊和驱动辊转速对高铁轴承冷辗扩过程中力能参数的影响规律。结果表明:芯辊初始进给速度、驱动辊转速对冷辗扩力能参数的稳定性影响较大,锥辊转速的影响则不明显;芯辊进给速度越小,驱动辊转速越大,轧制过程就越平稳。这一研究为实际生产和工艺参数优化提供了理论依据。
In order to improve the forming quality of the inner ring after cold rolling, the finite element model for asymmetric cold rolling of the inner ring of the high-speed railway was established based on ABAQUS software. The VUAMP subroutine compiled by Fortran language was used to control the movement of the core roller, cone roller and driving roller and analyze the influence of the feed rate of the core roller, the rotation speed of the cone roller and the driving roller on the force parameters during cold rolling of the bearing for high-speed railway. The results show that the initial feed rate of the core roller and the rotation speed of the driving roller have a great influence on the stability of the cold rolling force parameter, and the influence of the rotation speed of the cone roller is not obvious. When the feed rate of the core roller is getting smaller or when the rotation speed of the drive roller is getting greater, the roiling process will be more even. This study provides a theoretical basis for actual production and for optimization of process parameters.
