摘要
为了避免双轴转台在工作过程中产生共振,以双轴转台装配体为研究对象,应用SolidWorks和ANSYS Workbench软件建立有限元模型,结合双轴转台的实际工作情况,对装配体进行模态分析,得到结构刚度的最薄弱环节。对薄弱构件进行结构改进,对比改进前后转台的模态分析结果,确认改进后的齿弧构件提高了转台整体的结构刚度,达到了预期效果,满足双轴转台动态性能评价的原则。
In order to avoid the resonance of the biaxial turntable during the working process, a biaxial turntable assembly was taken as the research object, and the finite element model was established by using SolidWorks and ANSYS Workbench software. The modal analysis for the assembly was conducted in combination of the actual work of the biaxial turntable to obtain the structural stiffness of the weakest link. The structure of the weak components was modified. The modal analysis results of the turntable before and after modification were compared and analyzed. The results show that the improved toothed arc member can increase the structural rigidity of the turntable, achieve the intended effect and satisfy the evaluation principle of the dynamic performance of the biaxial turntable.
