摘要
为充分利用已有工艺知识,缩短汽车总装工艺设计周期,提出了一种基于案例推理的汽车总装工艺设计方法。首先梳理了基于案例推理的一般方法,然后结合汽车总装特点,选取主要特征,提出了索引层和答案层的层次结构实例表示法,建立符合汽车总装特点的案例推理模型,最后以某功能零部件为例,验证了汽车总装工艺设计方法的有效性。
In order to make full use of the existing process knowledge and shorten the lead-time of process design for automotive assembly, a design method of automobile assembly process based on case reasoning was proposed. First, the general methods based on case inference were summarized. Then, in combination with the characteristics of the general assembly of the motorcar and by selecting the primary characteristics, put forward the example representation for hierarchical structures including the index layer and the answer layer and established a case reasoning model in line with the characteristics of the general assembly of the car. Finally, taking a functional component as an example, the effectiveness of the design method for processes of general assembly of the car was verified.
