摘要 为解决腈纶与纤维素纤维混纺面料横档问题,介绍腈纶纤维弹性好、膨松性好、织物有毛型感且同号数的腈纶纱比棉及涤棉纱略粗的特性,分析毛羽是造成腈纶与纤维素纤维混纺面料横档的原因;优选纺纱用钢领、钢丝圈且进行成纱指标对比。指出:选配钢领、钢丝圈时应保证纱线通道宽畅,减少对纱线的摩擦;PG1-4054型钢领配TPJM1EMgc型钢丝圈,使纺腈纶/莫代尔70/30 11.66tex赛络紧密纱1mm毛羽指数得到改善;环锭细纱机锭速控制在15kr/min以下,有降低毛羽的效果。 To solve the problem of stop mark with fabric of acrylic fiber and cellulose fiber blended, introduction is made to the acrylic fiber with good elasticity, bulkiness and wool-like performance.Acrylic yarn is slightly thicker than that of cotton and polyester blended yarn.Hairi- hess results in stop mark on fabric of acrylic and cellulose fiber blended.Selection is made to the rings and travelers and the yarn index compared.It is pointed out that the selection of ring and traveler should make the yarn channel spacious for less friction of yarn.Spinning with ring PG1- 4054 with traveler TPJM1 EMgc improves hairiness of 1 mm in the spun acrylic fiber/modal 70/30 11.66 tex of compact Siro yarn.When the speed is under 15 kr/min,hairiness drops markedly.
