摘要
为了减小细纱牵伸过程中的意外波动,提高成纱质量,利用新型上销改善成纱质量的原理,通过BX-6839D型上销与SX2-6833B型上销和压力棒隔距块上销对纺不同品种进行成纱质量对比。结果表明:当钳口隔距为2.5mm时,BX-6839D型上销的条干CV值、粗节、细节和棉结等成纱质量指标改善显著;采用新型上销纺纱,需合理调整工艺,以保证握持力最小值大于牵伸力的最大值,才能充分发挥其应有的效能。
To reduce the unexpected fluctuation in spinning process and improve the yarn quality, following the principle of new top cradle to improve yarn quality, yarn quality is compared with varieties spinning with top cradle BX-6839D and top cradle SX2-6833B and top cradle with pressure bar of spacing block.The results show that when the nip gauge is 2.5 mm,the top cradle 13X-6839D is much competitive on evenness CV value,thicks,thins,and neps.Spinning with new top cradle needs adjustment of the process to ensure that the minimum value of holding force is greater than the maximum value of the drafting force,as a result of giving full play to its effectiveness.
