摘要
XLPE绝缘海底电缆拥有优良的电气、力学和耐热性能,是海缆技术发展的主流方向。本文回顾了国内外海缆工程的发展历程,综合分析了交、直流海缆的经济性和适用性;结合舟山-宁波500 k V海缆工程,介绍了交联聚乙烯(XLPE)绝缘海缆的本体及软接头技术特点;分析了海缆现场绝缘试验技术及在线监测技术的研究进展。XLPE海缆系统涵盖深广的理论与工程问题,未来仍需在绝缘结构设计、关键制造工艺、试验监测技术等领域开展系统的研究。
Cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE) insulated cable has excellent electrical, mechanical and heat-resistant properties, and it is the main developing direction of submarine cable. In this paper, the development of submarine cable projects at home and abroad was reviewed, and the economy and applicability of AC and DC submarine cable were analyzed synthetically. The technique features of XLPE submarine cable and its flexible joint were introduced combining with Zhoushan-Ningbo 500 kV submarine cable project. And the research progress of field insulation test and online monitoring was analyzed. The XLPE submarine cable system covers a wide range of theoretical and engineering issues, and it is needed to carry out systematic research in insulation structure design, key manufacture technologies, test and moni- toring technology and other fields in future.
