摘要
介绍了酚醛模塑料热切制粒新工艺。将采用热切制粒新工艺制得的成品颗粒与传统合金片粉碎机粉碎造粒制得的成品颗粒进行对比,并通过制作样条进行力学性能测试对比。结果表明:这种热切制粒新工艺制得的方形颗粒大小均匀,40目以上的细粉由原来的20%下降到5%以下,满足了节能环保要求,且有利于产品力学性能的提升。
A New Method for hot cutting granulation of phenolic moulding compounds was introduced. Particles product obtained by the new method was compared with that obtained by traditional grinding granulation using alloy tablets grinder, the mechanical properties of spline samples made of these two kinds of particles were tested and compared. The results show that the rectangular particles obtained by the new method are in a uniform size. The percentage of powder over 40 mesh in the product reduces from 20% to lower than 5% after using the new method, meeting the requirements of energy saving and environmental protection, and the mechanical properties of the product are also improved.
