摘要
应用高温硫化液体硅橡胶、半导电材料和高介电常数填料做原料,采用有限元的方法设计预制式电缆附件,并通过具体实例建立电缆附件的有限元计算模型,展开电场强度的计算,对仿真模拟计算数据和试验结果进行比较和分析。结果表明:硅橡胶等材料能满足电缆附件产品的设计要求,同时证明有限元方法在电缆附件的设计中是切实可行的。
Prefabricated electric cable accessories were designed by finite element method using high temperature vulcanized liquid silicone rubber, semiconductive material, and fillers with high dielectric constant. According to a specific cable accessory, a finite element calculation model was built to calculate the electric field intensity, and the data were compared with test results. The results show that high temperature vulcanized liquid silicone rubber meets the design requirements of cable accessories, and it is feasible to use finite element method in cable accessories design.
