摘要 研究了3.0~3.3 k V中压变频电机定子绕组减薄匝间绝缘结构的介质损耗、冲击耐压和工频耐压等电性能。采用绝缘减薄的电磁线制作了绞线对,然后进行高频脉冲电老化试验,并将试验结果与基准结构进行对比。结果表明:中压变频电机定子绕组匝间绝缘双边厚度可由0.70 mm优化到0.50 mm。 The electrical properties of thinned turn-to-turn insulation on the stator winding of 3.0-3.3 kV medium voltage variable frequency motors were studied, the dielectric loss, impulse withstand voltage, and power frequency withstand voltage were investigated. High frequency pulse electrical ageing tests were conducted on twisted pairs consist of common electromagnetic wires and the ones with thinned insulation, then the test results were compared. The result shows that the turn-to-turn insulation bilateral thickness of medium voltage variable frequency motors can be reduced from 0.70 mm to 0.50 mm.
