摘要
配制黏土砖再生骨料替代率为0、20%、25%、30%、35%的混凝土柱试件,并进行轴心抗压试验。结果表明:黏土砖再生骨料掺量越大,混凝土柱进入塑性阶段和顶端及柱身出现裂缝的时间越早,裂缝贯通速度和柱子破坏越快,承载力越低。黏土砖再生骨料混凝土柱的开裂荷载和极限荷载均随黏土砖再生骨料掺量的增加而降低,当掺量为30%时,开裂荷载和极限荷载的降低幅度分别为19.91%、14.10%;当掺量达到35%时,开裂荷载和极限荷载的降低幅度分别为27.44%、18.31%,与上一级掺量均有较大的变化。建议黏土砖再生骨料掺量不宜大于30%。
Prepare the concrete column specimens with clay brick recycled aggregate replacement rate of 0, 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%,and conduct axial compression test. The results show that the higher the content of clay brick aggregate is,the sooner the concrete column enters the plastic stage and the cracks appear on the top and in the cylinder body,the faster the crack velocity and the column damage,the lower the bearing capacity. The cracking load and ultimate load of clay brick recycled aggregate con- crete column decrease with the increase of clay aggregate content. When the content is 30%,the decrease of cracking load and limit load is 19.91%,and 14.10%,respectively, when the content reaches 35%,the decrease of cracking load and limit load is 27.44% and 18.31%,respectively,having a greater change compared with the previous level of content. Therefore, the proposed clay brick recycled aggregate content should not be greater than 30%.
