摘要
槲皮素虽有广泛的药理作用,但水溶性差、生物利用度低限制了其临床应用。为提高槲皮素的溶解度和生物利用度,许多学者开展了槲皮素的纳米制剂研究,如纳米结晶混悬剂、聚合物纳米粒、聚合物胶束、类脂纳米囊等。在多种恶性肿瘤的研究中,槲皮素纳米制剂均表现出抑制肿瘤生长和侵袭的作用。近年来,利用槲皮素联合化疗药物的纳米制剂也体现了更强的抗肿瘤作用。本文对槲皮素纳米制剂及其抗肿瘤作用的最新进展进行介绍。
Quercetin is limited in clinical application due to its poor solubility in water and low bioavailability, although it has a variety of pharmacological actions. In order to improve its solubility and bioavailability, many researchers have studied nanoformulations encapsulating quercetin, such as nanocrystalline suspension polymer nanoparticles, polymeric micelles, lipid nanocapsules. It has been reported that nano-quercetin can effectively inhibit the growth and invasion of malignant tumor cells. In recent years, the co-delivery of chemical drugs with quercetin in nano-formulations has attracted more and more attention. This review introduced the research progress of quercetin loaded nano-formulations and its anti-tumor effect.
