某飞机舱门铸件整体精密铸造方法研究

摘要 采用一种复合型芯整体精密铸造方法制备某飞机舱门薄壁铸件。铸造时,壁薄难成形的辐板采用石膏型,以保证其充型完整;其他部位采用树脂砂型,保证其冶金质量。结果表明,通过该方法研制成了外形完整、组织致密的整体飞机舱门铸件。 The thin wall castings aircraft door was prepared with a compound core precision casting method. When casting, the thin and difficult to form sheet wall was prepared with gypsum type, so as to ensure its filling integrity; Other parts were made of resin sand to ensure its metallurgical quality. The results show that this method has been developed into a complete and dense aircraft door casting.
