汽车张紧轮铸造工艺设计

摘要 根据汽车张紧轮铸件的结构特点进行了铸造工艺设计,选用顶注式浇注系统,该工艺方案有利于铸件的补缩,同时通过控制铁液的浇注温度和碳当量,有效地防止了张紧轮铸件的缩孔、缩松问题。结果表明,采用设计的铸造工艺方案,生产的张紧轮铸件成品率和工艺出品率高。 Casting process of tension pulley for automobile was designed according to its structure characteristics, a top-pouting gating system was selected because the casting process was beneficial to the feeding of tension pulley castings. At the same time after pouring temperature and carbon equivalent of molten iron were controlled, the shrinkage defects of tension pulley castings was prevented. The results show that the production yield rate and qualified rate of tension pulley castings is higher with the design of casting process.
