摘要
采用柱坐标插补填充的方式搭建堆焊快速成型系统,研究焊接电流、焊接速度和送丝速度对熔宽余高的影响。研究不同成型参数对焊缝宽高比的影响,分析有利于堆焊成型的最佳参数。结果表明,适当的成型参数有利于避免焊接缺陷的出现,随着宽高比增大焊缝呈扁平状,为连续堆积提供了可能。神经网络实时预测分析对实际焊接有一定的指导作用。
The rapid prototyping system was built by the method of cylindrical coordinate interpolation, and the effects of welding current, welding speed and wire feeding speed on the weld width and height were studied. Further, the influence of different forming parameters on the aspect ratio of the weld was carried out, and the optimum parameters which were beneficial to the forming of the surfacing analyzed and summarized. The results show that the appearance of welding defects is avoided by the appropriate molding parameters, and the weld becomes fiat, which provides the possibility for continuous deposition. In addition, the neural network real-time prediction analysis can play a good role in the guide of actual welding.
