摘要
对汽车板点焊接接头形貌和硬度进行了检测,采用正交实验法,以焊接电流、通电时间和电极压力为焊接实验因素,对汽车板点焊工艺参数进行优化。结果表明,汽车板点焊接头中熔合区组织为粗大的马氏体组织,热影响区主要由完全奥氏体化区(细晶马氏体)、部分奥氏体化区(马氏体和铁素体混合物)和软化区(马氏体相中部分碳化物析出并聚集)组成。汽车板点最佳焊接电流、通电时间和电极压力分别为10 kA、400ms和3kN。
The morphology and hardness of automobile plate welding joint were detected, and using orthogonal experiment method, welding current, conduction time and electrode pressure as welding experimental factors, the spot welding process parameters of the car plate were optimized. The results show that the microstructure of fusion zone in automobile plate spot welding joint is coarse martensite structure, and the heat affected zone is mainly composed of fully austenitic region, part of the austenite region, and softening zone. The best welding current, conduction time and electrode pressure are 10 kA, 400 ms, and 3 kN, respectively.
