摘要
概括了LT法与OG法的优缺点,论述了国内主要钢铁企业转炉煤气回收现状。结果表明,国内钢厂主要采用煤气系统设备改进、炉口微压差控制、调整煤气回收条件和优化供氧制度等方法提高煤气回收量,但煤气热值比日本转炉低约15%~20%。提出从转炉熔池反应原理与烟气回收设备匹配的角度开展深入研究,从而提高转炉煤气回收量和热值的新思路。
The advantage and weakness of the oxygen gas recovery system and Lurgi-Thyssen System were generalized. The status of converter-gas-recovery in major steel enterprises in China was discussed, The results show that the steel enterprises mainly use these methods, such as gas system equipment improvement, micro pressure control, adjustment of gas recovery conditions and optimization of oxygen supply system to increase the amount of gas recovery in domestic steel mill. And the calorific value of gas is about 15%-20% lower than that in Japan. A new idea based on the matching of Converter-Bath-reaction-principle and flue gas recovery equipment to improve recovery ratio and calorific value of converter gas is put forward.
