医学伦理审查的现实困境及在中国的建构

The Difficulties of Medical Ethics Examination and Its Formation in China

医学伦理审查是对医学科研和医疗临床实践进行审核和监督,确保其符合伦理、道德的要求。随着制度的改革和社会的觉醒,医学伦理审查制度不断被完善,其制度和理论体系渐趋丰满,但从目前来看,不管是国内还是国外的伦理审查都迎来了瓶颈。文章综述了医学伦理审查制度的产生与发展背景,讨论了西方医学伦理审查制度的现实困境,最后在对国内医学伦理审查研究进展基础上对我国的医学伦理审查制度进行了反思,提出须以传统文化为基底,构建中国特色医学伦理审查制度,才是正解。

Medical ethics review examine and supervise medical research and clinical practice to ensure that it meets the ethical and moral requirements. With the reform of the system and the awareness in the society, the review system of medical ethics has being perfected continuously, resulting in its current form. However, for the moment, the ethical review, both at home and abroad ushers in a bottleneck. This article reviews the emergence and development background of medical ethics censorship system, discusses the realistic plight of medical ethics censorship system in the west, and finally reflects on the medical ethics censorship system in China based on the progress of medical ethics censorship in China. Based on Chinese tradition, it is a positive solution to build a medical ethics review system with Chinese features.
