摘要
该文介绍了手机液晶屏缺陷检测流水线控制系统总体流程,设计了一种基于PLC、DSP、ARM三种控制器的手机液晶屏缺陷检测流水线控制系统,重点叙述了控制系统的设计要求、系统硬件与软件设计,并按照设计要求完成对该流水线与其控制系统的实物开发。经试验,该系统实现了手机液晶屏的自动化检测,使质检工人免受用眼疲劳并提高了检测效率和准确率。
This paper introduces the overall flow of the LCD screen defect detection pipeline system,and designs a control system of the defective test line of the mobile phone based on PLC,DSP and ARM. The design requirements ,system hardware and software design of the control system are emphasized, and complete the physical development of the pipeline according to the design requirements,the experimental results show that the system realizes automatic detection the mobile phone LCD screen,and protect quality workers from eye fatigue and improve the detection efficiency and accuracy.
