摘要 为了实现锅炉多种物理参数可靠的采集、远传及人机互动,研发了集现场采集、远程传输、动漫教学及知识查询等功能为一体的锅炉传统交互型和便携交互型2种采集终端。终端不仅能向远程监测平台发送被测锅炉的运行参数,而且能与现场操作的司炉工进行互动。触摸屏能向司炉工显示所测参数以及故障排除、节能操作指南。通过人机交互,该终端能及时指导司炉工有效掌握锅炉的运行状态,及时排除运行故障,经济安全地操作锅炉运行。终端已安装在30台工业锅炉上并可靠运行。 In order to achieve reliable data acquisition,remote transmission and human-machine interaction of various physical parameters of hoiler,a traditional interactive and portable interactive acquisition terminal which integrates onsite collection,remote transmission,animation teaching and knowledge query is developed. The terminal can not only send the operating parameters of the tested boiler to the remote monitoring platform,hut also interact with the on-site operation of the operator. The touch screen can display the measured parameters and troubleshooting and energy saving operation guide to the operator. Through human-machine interaction,the terminal can guide the operator to effectively grasp the operation state of the boiler,promptly eliminate operation ,economical and safe operation. At present,it has been installed on 30 industrial boilers and operated reliably.
