摘要
循环流化床锅炉床温控制系统是一个非线性、强扰动、大时滞、多变量耦合的热力系统,使得目前普遍应用的PID控制难以获得令人满意的控制效果。该文在分析常规控制的基础上,基于先进控制算法的研究,对CFBB床温控制系统进行设计,以获得更好的动态性能和性能鲁棒性。并针对基于模糊自整定(fuzzy-PID)、基于双曲余弦非线性(NPID)、基于变参数(VAPID)和基于自抗扰控制(ADRC)的床温控制系统进行了研究。
CFBB bed temperature control system is a nonlinear,time-varying,large delay,muhivariable and close coupling controlled object,the actual operation is mainly used in conventional PID control algorithm. The advanced control algorithm research based on the analysis of the PID control,the temperature control of different units is designed in order to achieve optimal control. This paper designs the fuzzy-PID controller,NPID controller,VAPID controller and ADRC controller.
