基于节能环保优化的厂级自动发电控制研究

摘要 在传统的单机自动发电控制AGC(automatic generation control)的基础上,采用节能环保优化技术,提出了厂级AGC控制优化方法。厂级AGC系统接受主站侧全厂负荷总指令,依据各台机组的煤耗率、脱硫脱硝效率、负荷响应速率、旋转备用、安全裕度等,计算全厂机组最优负荷分配策略,从而实现节能环保调度与负荷经济分配相协调。通过宣城电厂的运行试验表明,该厂级AGC控制下平均节约标准煤约0.5 g,节煤效率0.2%,优化效果显著。 Based on the traditional alone automatic generation control(AGC),the plant level AGC is proposed by the energy conservation and environmental protection optimization. The system of plant level AGC received the load instructions from main station,then caleulated the plant level optimal load allocations aceording to the units' coal consumption,desulfurization and denitration efficiency,load response rate,spinning reserve and safety margin,so as to realize the coordination between energy saving and environmental protection dispatching and load economic distribution. According to the operation test of xuancheng power plant,the average saving slandard eoal is about 0.5 g,the coal efficiency is 0.2%,and the optimization effect is remarkable.
