摘要
装配式钢管桁架、支架在现场拼接时使用三种拼接方式:法兰拼接节点、套筒拼接节点、套板拼接节点,研究这三种拼接节点的设计是装配式结构的关键。文章根据Spas+PMSAP的集成设计模块计算结果,对以上三种拼接方式进行抗侧力构件的连接设计。通过计算,在使用适当的节点板、焊缝及螺栓连接情况下,这三种拼接节点均能够满足设计要求。通过分析计算,以上三种拼接节点做法能够满足装配式钢管桁架、支架在现场拼接时的需要。
There are three assembling ways for fabricated steel tube truss and support in field splicing,namely,flange splice joint,sleeve splice joint and plate splice joint. Study on the design of these three joints is the key for fabricated structure. The connection design of lateral force resisting element(LFRE) for the three assembling ways is carried out based on the calculated result by "Spas + PMSAP"integrated design module. According to the calculation results,the three splice joints can satisfy the design requirement with proper gusset plate, welding seam and bolt connections. Through analyzing the calculated result,all these three splice joints can satisfy the requirement for fabricated steel tube truss and support during field splicing.
