摘要 为了确保桑树坪煤矿安全生产,提出了采用井下定向钻进技术施工煤层底板注浆加固定向钻孔的工艺方法,对套管钻进工艺、定向钻进工艺和注浆工艺进行了系统的分析与研究。现场试验结果表明,定向钻孔能实现煤层底板超前探测和治理,增加了钻遇含水层有效段,可以精确计算出水点坐标,确保了桑树坪矿11~#煤巷道的安全掘进。 In order to ensure underground coal mine safety production, the paper provides a technical method of directional borehole of grouting reinforcement in coal seam floor with directional drilling technology. A systematic analysis and research was conducted on the casing drilling, directional drilling and grouting technology. The test results in Sangshuping Coal Mine show that the directional drilling can realize advance exploration and advance treatment of seam floor and increase the effective section of borehole in the aquifer,meanwhile the coordinates of water point can be accurately calculated,which has ensured the safe tunneling of No. 11 coal roadway in Sangshuping Coal Mine.
