摘要
为了处理大量堆积的低阶煤煤泥,对榆林低阶煤煤泥进行直接浮选,再用其浮选精煤去改善榆林水煤浆级配,来提高当地水煤浆浓度。通过使用80%KD-4和20%助剂N作为捕收剂,仲辛醇为起泡剂,成功选出灰分在9.45%、产率为49.4%的合格低灰精煤。成功把榆林当地水煤浆浓度由原来的60.5%提升到65.31%,实现了资源最大化利用。
In order to deal with the large number of stacked low rank coal slime,direct flotation was applied on Yulin low rank coal slime,and the clean coal was used to improve water slurry gradation and concentration. 80% KD-4 and 20%assistant N were used as collector and octanol as frother. Qualified low ash clean coal with ash content of 9. 45% and yield of 49. 4% was successfully selected and added in local coal water slurry, and the CWS concentration increased from60. 5% to 65. 31%,maximizing the resource utilization.
