摘要
目的以心血管健康管理系统为例,从产品服务系统的视角探索医养融合的本土化解决方案。方法基于产品服务系统理论,运用"文化探测包"进行一日生活追踪、非参与式观察和用户访谈。结果在4个用户角色的基础上,构建出心血管健康管理服务系统,并针对关键触点进行"心晓"产品设计和信息界面设计。结论研究发现,只有有效实现老年人乐于接受、易于使用的产品服务系统,才能真正使心血管健康自我管理在医养融合的社区居家养老医疗服务系统中发挥巨大作用。
Taking the cardiovascular health management system as an example,it explores the localization solution of integration of medical nursing and home nursing from the perspective of product service system(PSS).Based on the PSS theory,"Culture Probe Tools" is applied to carry out one-day tracking,non-participating observation and user interviews.Four typical personas are created and the cardiovascular health management service system is constructed,then product design and user interface design of With Heart are finished according to key touch points.A user-friendly,and accessible product service system,is the key factor making cardiovascular health self-management play a huge role in the integration of medical nursing and home care service system.
