摘要 目的对日本成田机场第三航站楼导向标识设计进行认知心理学解析,从而构建返璞归真、执简驭繁的思维模式与设计方法,为现代城市导向标识设计提供新的指导与借鉴意义。方法分析航站楼空间环境的认知特性,梳理其中存在的认知障碍,判断旅客认知过程中的关卡,运用认知心理学相关理论深入解析案例跨越认知障碍的导向标识设计。结论航站楼导向标识设计须从主次信息分级、形成注意力资源和加速信息加工过程3个方面展开,由认知理论发展起来的导向标识设计能够跨越认知障碍,更好地满足信息传播的高效性。 It aims to analyze the guide sign design of Japan Narita Airport Third Terminal from the perspective of cognitive psychological,in order to construct with the thinking model and the design method of focusing on the simple principles so as to handle complicated situations,and provides new guidance and reference significance for modern city guide sign design.Through analyzing cognitive characteristics of the terminal space environment,combing cognitive obstacles and estimating difficulties in the process of passengers' cognitive process,cognitive psychology theories are used to deeply analyze the guide sign in the case which pass through the cognitive barriers.The design of the guide sign should be carried out in three parts: the classification of primary and secondary information; the formation of attention resources and the acceleration of information processing process.The guide sign design which developed by cognitive theory can overcome cognitive barriers and better meets the efficiency of information dissemination.
