摘要
真空制盐中设备大型化后,支座的设计涉及设备安全、稳定、可靠运行,是设备设计中必须重视的关键环节之一。本文对大型蒸发罐整体加环的环形耳座的设计、校核核原理及计算方法进行了较全面的分析和介绍,据此还编制了计算书,以便在进行设计、试算和优化时能有针对性地去调整相应的设计参数,达到快速、准确完成支座的设计。
When the equipment is becoming large in vacuum salt making, the pedestal design relates to the safety, stability and reliable operation of the equipment, which is one of the key points that must be paid attention to in the design of the equipment. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis and introduction of the design, core principle and calculation method of the annular ear pedestal of large evaporation tank. In this way, a calculation book is prepared so that the corresponding design parameters can be adjusted to the design, trial calculation and optimization. The fast and accurate pedestal will be achieved.
