杂粮生产技术研究

杂粮具有抗旱耐瘠、适应性广等特点，是改善膳食结构、促进营养健康的重要粮食品种，也是促进扶贫开发、提高农民收益的重要粮食作物。为充分发挥杂粮在当前结构调整、轮作倒茬、土壤培肥、农民增收等方面的优势，有必要进一步研究谷子、高粱、绿豆、红豆等作物的生产技术。
