Rare earth elements were recycled from electronic trash in Finland The VTT National Center for technical research in Finland issued a news report that a comprehensive recycling technology for electronic waste has been developed in Finland. This technology can be used to recover metals and rare earth elements to generate electricity or produce organic components of plastics and chemicals.
