摘要 文章首先对清洁能源的出力特性进行了分析,在综合考虑负荷峰谷差率、系统备用容量、各类电源调峰能力和联络线功率调节等因素的基础上,提出了基于电力平衡的清洁能源接纳能力计算方法,并对影响接纳能力的关键因素进行了分析。通过分析国外清洁能源接纳情况,总结了国外清洁能源接纳的关键因素及对我国的借鉴意义。最后结合我国存在的主要问题,提出了提高我国清洁能源接纳能力的若干措施。 This paper analyzes the output characteristics of clean energy, then a calculation method of clean power integration capacity based on power balance is proposed through all-round analysis of load peak valley differential rate, system spare capacity, ability of various powers peak load regulation and ability of connect lines regulation. And key factors that affecting the integration capacity are analyzed further. By analyzing the the foreign clean energy integration situation, this paper summarizes the key factors and the reference significance for China. Finally, Combined with the main problems in China, some measures to improve the clean energy integration capacity are put forward.
